STORNIERUNGSREGELN / Cancellation Policy (see below)


STORNIERUNGSREGELN YOGAKLASSEN:
Kostenlose Stornierungen sind dann nur noch bis 6 Stunden vor Kursbeginn möglich. Wir bemühen uns darum, den Anmeldeprozess fairer zu gestalten und möchten u. a. geduldigen Interessierten auf den Wartelisten eine größere Chance geben, am Kurs teilzunehmen, sollten andere Angemeldete wider Erwarten absagen. Danke für Dein Verständnis und Deine Mithilfe – wir wissen dies sehr zu schätzen!

Bitte beachte unsere Richtlinien für Reservierungen und Stornierungen:

  • Kostenlose Stornierungen sind bis 6 Stunden vor Kursbeginn möglich

  • Spätabsagen werden als "am Kurs teilgenommen" verrechnet.

ACHTUNG:
Der reservierte Platz wird bis 5 Minuten vor Kursbeginn für Dich freigehalten! Danach geben wir ihn an ggf. Wartende weiter.

STORNIERUNGSREGELN WORKSHOPS / TEACHER TRAININGS / EVENTS / SHOOTINGS:

Eine Stornierung ist bis zu 8 Wochen vor dem Termin (Workshop, TT, Seminar, …) abzügl. 30% Bearbeitungsgebühr möglich, bis zu 4 Wochen vor dem Termin abzügl. 50%, 2 Wochen abzügl. 70%, 1 Woche abzüglich 80% möglich.

Falls eine Split-Regelung (30/70 oder 40/60) vereinbart ist und der Workshop nicht zustande kommt, ist eine Gebühr von 150€ netto als Aufwandsentschädigung fällig.

Die Stornierung erfolgt in schriftlicher Form vor Beginn des Termins an yoga@makesmehappy.de. Stornierungen nach Beginn dem Termin können nicht berücksichtigt werden.

Verschieben: möglich, gegen Aufpreis von 10%.

Eine Stornierung ist bis zu 9 Monate vor dem Termin (Workshop, TT, Seminar, …) abzügl. 30% Bearbeitungsgebühr möglich, bis zu 6 Monate vor dem Termin abzügl. 50%, 3 Monate abzügl. 70%, 1 Monat abzüglich 80% möglich.

Die Stornierung erfolgt in schriftlicher Form vor Beginn des Termins an yoga@makesmehappy.de. Stornierungen nach Beginn dem Termin können nicht berücksichtigt werden.

Verschieben: möglich, gegen Aufpreis von 10%.

CHECK-IN:

Der Checkin schlißt 5 Min. vor Klassenbeginn. Bitte seid spät. 5 Min früher da, damit alle gemütlich ankommen können. Der Lift wird aus Sicherheitsgründen ebenfalls 5 Min. vor Klassenbeginn verschlossen.

CANCELLATION WORKSHOPS / TEACHER TRAININGS / EVENTS / SHOOTINGS:

A cancellation up to 8 weeks before your appointment (workshop, TT, seminar, ...) minus 30% processing fee possible, upt to 4 weeks before your appoitment minus 50%, 2 Weeks minus 70%, 1 week minus 80%.

The cancellation takes place in written form before the beginning of the appointment to yogamakesmehappy.de. Cancellations after the start of the appointment can not be considered.

CANCELLATION CLASSES

Cancellations at no charge will then only be possible up until 12 hours before the respective class starts. We strive to organize the sign-up process as fair as possible e. g. by offering interested potential participants on the waiting lists a better chance to take part in a class in case somebody else – who was preregistered – can’t make it after all. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation – we really appreciate it!

Please be aware of our guidelines regarding reservations and cancellations:

• Free cancellations are possible up until 12 hours before the class starts.

• Late cancellations, respectively cancellations within 12 hours before the class starts, will be accounted for as "class attended".*

• If participants don't show up 3 times to classes they bindingly reserved a place for, they will be excluded from the reservation process for 1 month. Timely sign-outs will of course not be taken into account.

ATTENTION: The reserved place will be kept free up for you until 5 minutes before the class starts! After that, we might give the place away to other waiters.
