What is Your Yoga Approach?
Yoga is my path to reconnect with myself. It helps me slow down in a fast-paced world and dive into the present moment – where everything that truly matters is accessible: inner peace, joy, and compassion. Yoga shows me every day how to calm the mind and open the heart. I believe the practice transforms us both on and off the mat, and its philosophy encourages us to live our truth and take the right actions in the world. As a teacher, I love to share this journey that has helped me in so many ways. What is important to me is to not forget the joy in yoga and to foster a community that welcomes everyone.
Where Did You Learn?
I have been trained internationally since 2020, deepening my yoga knowledge in Bali, India, and Thailand. After 300 hours of foundational yoga training with a focus on anatomy and sequencing, I discovered the magic of quiet practices and am especially grateful for my Yin Yoga and Myofascia training at the Yoga Barn in Ubud, Bali, and my online training with Yin Yoga pioneer Paul Grilley. Following my soul’s call, I further completed a Bhakti training at Alchemy in Uluwatu, Sound Healing training in Rishikesh, and a Thai Massage course in Chiang Mai. I’m incredibly grateful for learning from some of the best international teachers and for becoming part of this beautiful, worldwide yoga community.
What Kind of Style Do You Teach?
I teach calming Yin Yoga and Slow (but strong) Vinyasa practices. Using different techniques that help us slow down, such as pranayama, meditation, and connecting breath with movement, we practice to re-arrive in the present moment. I love to integrate healing elements like sound, touch, and voice, supporting you in reaching and transforming the deeper layers of your body and heart-mind. Whether you come to release (Yin) or move (Slow Strong Flow) with me, my practice is warm, nurturing, and creates space forself-discovery. Join me for class – especially on days when you don’t feel well, stressed, or overwhelmed. It's time to let go of all the unnecessary, slow down, and return to the Self.
