Yoga has, for everyone of us, a special meaning and for each of us a very unique focus. We all learn, teach, enjoy or talk about Yoga very differently. We release tension, build strength, be still, embrace our surroundings, deepen our movements, open our minds or whatever focus you choose for yourself.
I want to invite you to come into my class and be aware of this. Be aware of what Yoga is for you. Be aware of what Yoga does to your body and your mind. Be aware of your INDIVIDUAL FOCUS.
TUESDAY: 12:30 – 13:30 PMVINYASA FLOW (en)
The flow contains different levels of strength, so you can individually aim after the reason why you stepped on that mat. We are starting with a tiny grounding meditation, going through sun salutations, followed by a strong asana sequence.
