Having practiced yoga since 2010, she graduated in 2018 in Costa Rica the 300 hour Jivamukti Teacher Training and her personal goal is to serve, inspire and motivate her students on and off the mat. She believes in the transformative power of yoga and its ability to bring harmony and health, happiness to all. Yoga will inevitably reveal your natural state.
Class description:
Ida's classes are taught in a classic Jivamukti Yoga style and integrate physical, spiritual and mental aspects of yoga into modern lifestyle along with joy, relevance and eclectic music playlists. The 60 min morning class is designed to enjoy stillness, warm up and energize the body, ready to enter the rest of your day with vitality and equanimity.
The structure is a mostly fixed set sequence instructed in a vinyasa style. It is a fully balanced class which includes asana warm-up, sun salutations, standing poses, backbends, forward bends, twists, inversions and relaxation.
