When was the last time you took time to hang out with yourSelf? Most of us run from appointment to appointment, meetings with colleges, after hours with friends and when we don’t have anyone around us we check social media or watch netflix.
Hang out with your soul was born with the idea of shutting down the fast-paced world around us and take time to connect with yourSelf.
Who are you when all the worries and negative feelings disappear?
Allow yourself to slow down.
Discover the real you - your deepest wishes and desires.
Go on a journey inwards.
Speak up.
Listen to your soul.
And hang out with it.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
A short vinyasa yoga sequence, yoga nidra with a special pillow of your choice (you can take it home after the event), journaling, snacks and drinks. And of course a safe space to be, share and experience your soul.
The workshop will be in English.

WHO ARE WE?
Anna and Mireia. We're two yoga teachers here in Berlin and we would love to have YOU hang out with us.

Anna comes from Frankfurt/Main and is fairly new to Berlin. She has done her Teacher Training in January 2018 in Costa Rica. Since then she has taught Hatha Yoga at Uni, in Gyms and on Yoga Hikes. Soon she realized that she had a passion for guiding people into a relaxing meditation so she added a Yoga Nidra Teacher Training and enjoys to share this practice with her students.

Mireia comes from Barcelona and has been living in Berlin for 4 years now. She was always a fitness addict and after some injuries she discovered her passion for yoga and completed her Yoga Teacher training. She loves to roll her mat and flow freely, but never stopped attending other teachers' classes. She regularly teaches Functional Yoga at Lobe Block and in Coco-Mat Store Berlin.
