In this workshop we will learn new concepts on how to improve our posture. We will go through a 60-min yoga flow each day to apply things into practice, as well as little flows in between. You will learn about the structure of the spine, the muscles that have to co-activate for good posture, what is actually good posture, how to practice yoga more sustainably and how to compensate for the imbalances in your own body.
What you will get during the workshop:- Two printed workshop manuals with the most important concepts- Yoga practice focused on improving posture- Knowledge about your own posture and body- Tips to improve posture- Individual Postural assessment- Q&A time- Obviously some snacks
Specific topics that will be covered: what is good posture, the text neck, neutral spine, how the hips affect posture, neutral pelvis, the role of the glutes, neutral scapula and rounded shoulders, more core.

About the teacher and the method: After going through some yoga injuries, Mireia discovered the LYT™ Method and her passion for functional anatomy. It's very important to understand the body, so we can practice in a sustainable way. She can't wait to share the empowerment and the knowledge with you.
