20Hr TT with Hiro Landazuri

Internationally acclaimed Yoga teacher Hiro Landazuri, well-known from Alo Yoga as well as @actionhiro on Instagram will come to Berlin! Hiro is a “teacher of the teachers” with a background in medicine.

This 20-hour teacher training will dive into the Body Smart Yoga method and functionality on understanding the asanas as they relate to muscular engagements versus bone alignments.

Suitable for Yoga teachers as well as students who want to deepen their understanding of the practice. This training will be an integrative experience mixing drills, adjustments, flows, and lectures to better understand from every learning style and perspective.
