- The opening chant
- Bandhas
- The ujai breath
- The importance of drishti (eye focus)
- Sun Salutations
- The standing asana sequence and alignment
- Vinyasa (connection of breath and movement)
… and any further upcoming questions you might have regarding your own challenges, practice and physiology.
Whether you’re a curious beginner or have been practicing the ashtanga method for some time, this is for you!
