A 2 hours journey into the digestive system, a primary source of our vital energy. Through Yoga and Pranayama you will receive a practice to deepen your ongoing personal body-research. Orsi will share basic principles of juice fasting as a method to create physical space and mental clarity.
The Belly contains several of our vital organs. In this space we allow physical and mental transformation processes. Yoga and Pranayama allow deep awareness of these states, investigating the body from the inside. The Practice and Fasting are chances to question our patterns and assumptions, learning about our unique response to energy.

WHAT TO BRING:
Bring your yoga mat, a blanket, your bottle of water and maybe a journal for your reflections.
In case of rain we will be inside, so if the weather looks uncertain make sure you bring a negative test result (as well as vaccination or proof of recovery). If possible, have an early and light lunch, so that the belly is relatively free during practice.

My teaching is based on the P ranayoga Method® principles that invite each practitioner's
uniqueness in harmony with the Yoga philosophy, whose spirit is the search for knowledge
and freedom through direct experience.
As Yoga teacher, I offer Pranayama and Fasting as a research into the body, my guidance puts
the main focus on personal discoveries and clarification of the mental state. I have practiced
fasting and pranayama regularly since 2015 and integrated it into my p ersonal body-mind
research, including Cycle awareness and Nervous System rebalance.
