This is a ritual for the heart. Raw cacao as plant medicine is also known as Goddess Cacao. Through the gentle and nurturing powers of the cacao we are guided to open our hearts to the present moment. From this meditative state we dive into yin poses that allow for a soft, physical exploration of the heart space. We close with a heart-centred meditation connecting us with the emotional inner space to feel what is present and alive within us. In the temple of your hearts, we meet our ability to love ourselves, to feel joy, to follow our passions and to nurture a feeling of connection. This ceremony holds space for your heart to sing its song.

Intention for the Sacred Heart Ceremony with Yin & Cacao:

This ceremony is meant to create a safe space, that allows the unique personal unfolding of your heart's wisdom. It is the heart that holds our emotional compass but is most likely also a place where we meet grief and scars that might be related to relationships - either in terms of our relationship with ourselves or with others. Therefore a gentle and kind approach is key for the journey into the heart. It allows you to find the right depths of your experience while being lovingly held in a community of human beings tending to their hearts as well as by our embodied facilitator Martina.
